    Please note:
    1. You must settle your final account and any arrears before you vacate the premises.
    2. As per your lease agreement, your unit needs to be clean and in the same condition your received it at occupation date.
    3. As per your lease agreement, any deposit held MAY NOT be used towards monthly costs (or any other costs and arrears amounts) owed by the Tenant to the Landlord.
    4. Any deposit held will be refunded, less any repairs to the unit for your account within 21 days of restoration of the premises. If the cost of these repairs is greater, you need to pay the difference.
    5. I acknowledge that 1 calendar month’s notice is required & should I wish to terminate with a shorter notice period, penalties could apply.
    6. For queries about repairs that will be required to the unit after you vacate, please contact maintenanceteam@IHSPM.co.za.
    7. For Deposit refunds, please forward proof of your bank account(s) for your refund to be paid into (i.e. First page of bank statement or Bank confirmation letter dated within 3 months) to Refund@IHSPM.co.za and Refund2@IHSPM.co.za
